Connection

First connection

 

  • Enter your username in the "Username" field provided by MCS team staff by email
  • Enter the 6 digits of your account number, from position 10 to 15 in the "Account ID “ field Follow the connection steps  
     

 

One option to connect to SGBCy Digital Banking

  • Enter your login details and enter the OTP received on your mobile phone

 

 

Two options to connect to the SGBCy mobile application

  • Option 1: insert your passcode created during the registration
  • Option 2: use your fingerprint/facial recognition (after activating it on your mobile and on the application itself)

Passcode, and OTP

  • Passcode: you create your own passcode that allows you to access SGBCy.  This passcode must be the same on all your phone/browsers.  
  • OTP: an OTP sent to your mobile number allows you to validate your internal (within SGBCy) and external transfers, internal (within SGBCy) and external beneficiaries.

 

 

Optimal safety

  • Access blocked after 5 failed passcode entry attempts
  • Ability to change passcode
  • Automatic system logoff after 2 minutes of idleness
  • Ability to activate the fingerprint/face recognition 
     

 

 

Who can benefit from the Digital Banking Services?

 

SGBCy clients benefit from the Digital banking services.

 

The features related to the accounts and banking transactions are only dedicated to subscribers of the Digital banking services. The subscriber must be:

 

1. Holder of at least one account at SGBCy

2. Holder of a mobile phone whose number is registered at the bank
