^* The credit facility is granted under the assumption that the client has supplied the appropriate securities for the Bank. The Bank however, retains the right to decline any application at its own discretion. All credit facilities are directed to persons over 18 years of age. You are at risk of losing your immovable property, if you fail to regularly pay the instalments of your mortgage or of any other loan, which is secured with a mortgage on your immovable property. If any amounts payable in respect to any Bank facilities are not paid when due under the terms of the relevant agreements, additional interest (“default interest”) will be charged at the rate of 6.75% per annum from the date when such amounts become due until full repayment.
